"Lived here for 9 months and it was a good experience. They have regular monthly events and also have a gym and small movie theater. Location is excellent and staff is very nice. Although I don't like the condition that you can't terminate your contract early without paying up the remaining rent."

"The receptionists are very nice and I have no issues about the rooms and facilities. But oh my god they keep sending last minute emails about people accessing the rooms to inspect/ work on maintenance etc. and those people DO NOT come in the given timeframe. I work night shifts and I sleep in the day and some guy just barged in my supposedly private room WITHOUT NOTICE when I was sleeping and it makes me extremely uncomfortable."

"The staff are really friendly, sometimes there are free food at the reception and the room is nice. However, they unreasonably charge me for smoking inside the room which i did not, and they dont reply my email regarding to all the evidences. I think that it is a major problem because i have to pay for thing i did not do."

"Terrible experience. They only want to make money from you. There is a kitchen inspection every month, even if you don't cook or do anything there, if your kitchen is dirty, you will be charged money. termly single room inspection is unreasonable too. My room was clean enough as i have stayed there for 4 months but they require your room to be complete untouched before every inspection. even leaving unfinished snack on the table is not allowed. The renting price is overpriced, plus you will get charged additional fees every month. Don't consider living here unless you have no other choice."
