"I have known Sam for 10 years or so, he did my pink slips. He is not a mechanic that can do service on your car. He seems tidy, but what he is really good at is scamming you. Warning to you, if you let him work in your car, you are likely end up paying him lots for something he does not know how to do and then you will need to get the car repaired elsewhere. This happened to me 3 time. First on Toyota - he diagnosed starter motor replacement. I paid for it he changed it and the. The problem persisted, I had bright the car to him 3 times. After that another mechanic fixed it. Second was my wife VW golf service- he quoted me $750. After 4 weeks I had to take it back as it was liking Lea I g stains. He took an hour and the. Told me I had to leave the car with him. I could spend the time so I took it VW, they told me the fuel filter was not installed correctly and it leaked on to fan belt which go threaded and damaged the bearing. The repair was in cost in thousands. Third my Mercedes’, I took it to him to replace rear break pads, I bough them for him. Simple job, I could do my self, he would staff that up also by not putting some parts on. Called me several days later and asked for me to come back with the car so he would put the parts in. When I brought the car he refused to show me what was done. Only offered to show me picture on the phone. That tipped me in favour to post this post…"
"Fast and great service after looking for many places to assist with blue slip inspection for an interstate vehicle. Definitely the place to go if you're from interstate. Amazing and friendly people that also provided extra info on NSW registration."
"If I could’ve put a zero star rating, I would’ve. $135 per hour to “diagnose” a problem. After 90 minutes he called me asking me to pay $270 but he still didn’t know how to fix it. The following day was Good Friday so the car was left until today (Tuesday) The owner wanted a additional $300 on top of the $275 for parking (we couldn’t move the car as the problem wasn’t even diagnosed) This guy is an absolute thief!!. I’m not one to quibble over a service, but this company didn’t even provide one."
