I had 1 initial session where I wasn't overly convinced but I still booked the second session and it was just a joke - I simply lost 20 minutes of the 50 having to explain myself why the "tool" aka just breathing wasn't going to work for me. I wasn't given any other alternative and I felt even worse after the session. Not moving forward whatsoever in treating the reason why I booked in the first place. No compassion as advertised and 'evidence based therapeutic approaches" seem to be a big word for what I was offered.
