"After having head office involved with a complaint about a brand new car, I can honestly say it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Zero communication given and no direct converstaion with any of the decision makers at head office to the customer. No understanding or responsibilty taken at all at this level and no attempt to try and make good with the customer. Based on this experience with head office alone I will not be buying another Mercedes Benz."
"I own a c350e, the charging cable failed 7months ago. Went to Mercedes Melbourne to have it tested and a diagnostic performed. Results were sent to Mercedes Australia. They agreed to supply a new cable as it should not fail. It has been 5 months. Mercedes Germany have sent 2 cables with incorrect plugs. We had an eta for a third cable which has changed twice and now no longer coming. Now there is no cable, no eta and no communication from Mercedes Australia - still waiting for someone to contact us to explain when we will finally get this cable At the moment we have a heavy, thirsty, non PHEV C250 Not impressed and unlikely to recommend"
"Bought an EQE53 AMG in April. Look it’s a great car, but be wary of its range if purchasing. They claim up to 500km in their advertising, but when I started asking questions after I picked it up they said more like 350 to 400km. To be frank, even driving carefully with high regeneration etc the car will be lucky to get between 300-350km from a full charge. The dealer doesn’t want to know about it and referred me to HQ who have now referred me back to the dealer. Not great."
"Hi all there cars are a rubbish brand even myself with my c63s so I advice all of you that have been stuffed around to start the complainant process against The dealership here are the steps we all need to take and something will get done legally they will have to comply 1. channel call consumer affairs 2. call ACCC lodge a complaint more there are the serious the investigation will be against them 3. Contact Motor trade association. the more complaints guys and gals the more serious they will take this. Best of luck everyone"
"I purchased online a collapsible basket for my car three weeks ago. I provided proof of purchase to Cam. I followed up with Cam and Tracey twice via email and twice over the phone but neither has replied. Every time I call they are not available or busy. Promise to call back but no calls or emails yet. I am still waiting for my purchase. Deplorable customer service. I didn't expect this from Mercedes-Benz's head office."
