Bright Waves Swim School

"Small facility with too many people at a time in 1 class (30 minute) and a management that refuses to do anything about it. They advertise small class but they have several small class going. NO difference to Paul Sadler but in a smaller building with less change room/shower/toilet/ carpark. Not covid safe at all."

"We love Bright Waves swim school. Been here for 12 months with my eldest and just started my youngest here now too. The staff are very friendly, class sizes are small and you don't feel like just number. Sharon is amazing swim teacher. Bright Waves have been very clear communicators with regular emails and SMS updates during this period of uncertainty with covid 19 restrictions. I always feel like we know what's going on and enjoy visiting once a week for our lessons."

"I brought my 8 YO granddaughter here for a free assessment about a month ago and she started lessons straight away. They have placed her in a class appropriate to her ability not age, so she is with 2 much younger children and absolutely loves it. Her teacher is very professional and has a happy friendly manner with the kids in his care. She has been treated very well and not pushed too hard beyond her abilities. Heaps of off-street parking. Toilet/Shower room is small but always very clean."

"We just had our second lesson at Bright Waves with Mel and we have been super impressed with the whole experience!! Mel was really professional and friendly and helped my daughter get over her nerves in the pool within a few minutes. The facilities are great! Everything feels super clean and there’s none of that indoor pool chlorine smell. We had debated going to a larger swim school chain but I’m so glad we went to Bright Waves as my daughter (and I) is really enjoying the more friendly, personal vibe. Thanks guys!"
