"Shame proof staff. Really Bad service online and in person. They don't care about someone's time. bludgers and slow working in the office. They don't take any kind of Feedback on board. They are giving bad name to Incredible India campaign. website's questions are very confusing and are not asking clearly, also the courier fees they are charging is double than Australia's post Prices. This is a Big rip-off... I hope they read this feedback and do something."
"Should be given a big zero..there service are zero..they loot customers at the time of application..for instance for passport renewal they will add SMS charges, courier etc for passport delivery but when your passport is despatched you wont get any tracking number..how the hell are you supposed to track your application??? Very poor, disgraceful and shameful services by VFS."
"Worst service i have ever experienced from a government approved organisation. Their helpline number is switched off. Want to make a complaint on their website? First you have to endure the pain navigating through their website. Visa document requirements on their website is never up to date so dont even bother to look for information there. If you're lucky and somehow able to talk to their customer service guys they will know as much as you do and you may get more information maybe from their website (although you cant trust that too). For sake of people of your country please improve your service or let someone else do it."

"I will give 4 star for the guys I dealt with twice in the past at the Melbourne centre. They were easy to deal with (much much better than their indian counter part). However, like others say it could be much better in terms of online services. I will give 0 star for the procedures they follow and ask you to follow. They ask you to make an appointment online then you go there only to pickup another token and wait for to be called. So, the online appointment is pretty much useless and it has no meaning. I applied for a tourist visa for my son. Their website states that application needs photocopy of front page of the parents passport. To my surprise they asked me the copies of back page as well. So, the instructions and checklists given at their site is also useless and meaningless. So if you are an Indian then as usual be prepared take every damn files you have. You will never know what they will ask you."
