Caroline Belmont, our lead therapist, holds a Masters of Counselling and Psychotherapy. She has specialized training in anxiety and depression, addictions (drug, alcohol, and gambling), relationship counseling (individual or couple), trauma therapy, grief, and workplace issues. As a Clinical Member of PACFA (Psychotherapist and Counsellor Federation of Australia), Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. She has worked as a counselor and psychotherapist in private practice, a residential drug and alcohol rehab facility, and as a university tutor in the field of counseling. Caroline is equipped to work with individuals, couples, and groups.
