"I can only see poor reviews so I thought I’d share a positive experience I had this week. I sent my package to AusPost so delivery failed, but I contacted Aramex and they were very quick to respond asking for an alternative address, and arranged a redelivery with no charge. The package was delivered two days later. Customer service was quick and smooth! I guess just one thing to note is don’t send your packages to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, post offices if you know the store you’re buying from is using Aramex."
"They damaged my parcel and when i contacted them they threw all responsible away. I did not want them involved in delivering my parcel it was initially meant to be delivered by UPS from usa however they got involved when it arrived in australia. And stop apologising for every 1 star review and get back to working on your business!!"
"I’m not one to write negative reviews but this has gone too far. I received my $400 package with multiple gashes on both sides of the package despite the package being labelled as fragile all over. One of the holes has even gone through the package and even into the product inside, ultimately damaging it. What was worse was that the delivery person rang the doorbell and left the package out in the open and did not bother to see to it that we have collected it, possibly knowing how damaged the package is. We have collected the parcel as soon as we heard the doorbell so it was definitely not vandalism from our neighbours or passerbys. I am not even asking for a five star service from any delivery service but when it is clearly written that a package is fragile, you would expect it to be handled with more care than what you see in the pictures."
"This place is absolutely pathetic, I had a book delivered to me by one of there drivers, obviously he did not understand one minute, while I got up to open my door as he threw my book over the low fence I have for my pet, which you could lean over place it, but know throwing it was a better option and doing damage to my book. There customer service team are a joke, I think they all share a brain and as for a supervisor, I don't think this place has one out the 5 times I rang requested to speak to one there was never one around. WARNING do not use this service for any of you parcel needs, as this company lack the respect to get the item to the recipient in a undamaged manner. I would not trust this place to tie a shoelace let alone parcels, the department of consumer affairs need to look into this place...."
