"Walked in Yesterday to buy some brake pads. 3 staff in the parts department having a chat did not seem to notice me and the other waiting customers. After about 5 minutes i gave up and bought the stuff i needed from the other parts retailer right next door. Note to Mgmt: if you are going to put your store right next to a competitor you might want to train your staff on what matters to the customer. The store next door found the parts i needed and took my money in a shorter space of time than your guys took to completely ignore me."

"I just wanted some windscreen wipers, and although they seemed to have plenty in stock there were no books to look up part numbers for the car and when I asked the staff they said they could lend me a measuring tape. Not useful when you're not using the car that needs the wipers! In general, although reasonably friendly I would expect some car knowledge from staff or to pass me on to someone who does. For that reason, probably wouldn't go to this place very often"
