"We started our daughter at the age 14 months at this centre, she has now been there for just over 10 months and we have loved every day if it. The educators are super responsive and nurturing, they know the quirks of each child. The Centre is clean, well maintained and the variety of healthy food & snacks each day provided by the on-site cook is amazing. My little one gets excited when we pull up into the carpark and is usually running into her room straight to her educators giving them a big good morning hug. Classmates and educators are from diverse backgrounds and i love that my daughter is experiencing and interacting with various cultures. The Grove Bexley really do go over and above in organising events that celebrate various cultures and events, their Christmas Party last year was truly a beautiful experience and a fun filled night. The Educators put soo much effort organising and running activities throughout the day from writing, stories, sensory play, role play and free play, etc. We are soon happy with The Grove Bexley that we recommend any parent looking to put their child in a loving and nurturing environment to choose The Grove Bexley as you definitely won't be disappointed."

"I would strongly discourage considering this particular childcare facility due to significant concerns regarding hygiene, educator professionalism, food quality, and the center's management. Upon entering the premises, there is a noticeable and unpleasant odor akin to that of a farm house, primarily attributable to the accumulation of dirty nappies. Furthermore, educators exhibit an unacceptable tendency to attribute blame to parents for bringing unwell children to daycare, while failing to acknowledge their own responsibility when they themselves arrive at work already unwell, thereby exposing the children to potential illnesses. This lack of accountability can be attributed to the financial constraints that prevent educators from taking the necessary time off. In addition, the level of maturity and communication skills displayed by the educators falls below the expected professional standards. While there are a few educators who possess admirable qualities, such as kindness and nurturing tendencies similar to that of a motherly figure, they are often limited to working in the baby room, suggesting a perceived lack of competence in managing children older than three years. It is worth noting that the daycare may have initially demonstrated promising qualities during its early stages, characterised by a smaller number of children and a higher standard of care. However, as the facility's population has increased, it has unfortunately transformed into an environment that perpetuates the spread of germs and illnesses. Moreover, there are significant concerns regarding the menu and food provided to the children. The limited variety and tasteless nature of the food offered is evident, as observed by the abundance of uneaten meals upon arrival. The lack of effort to provide diverse and enjoyable options often leaves the children hungry and dissatisfied. This issue becomes particularly disconcerting considering the substantial fees, starting from $140 per day, that parents are required to pay for these subpar services. Additionally, it is important to mention the concerning behaviour exhibited by the centre director. Their lack of authenticity and integrity becomes apparent as the centre appears to be populated primarily by their relatives and extended family members, raising questions about favouritism and impartiality. Fortunately, we have made the decision to relocate our child to a more nurturing and hygienic environment, where their well-being and development can be properly supported. Take these observations into consideration when making a decision regarding childcare options."

"The Grove Bexley is where I send both my kids 4yr old and 11month old. The staff there always make us feel welcome and are caring and nurturing towards my kids. Centre is always decorated nicely and support many foundations, community projects and celebrate a variety of nationality festivities. They have many ways to be involved within your child’s learning and events for you to attend to. Zaynab is quick to reply to any issues or concerns you have and is always accommodating where possible. I have seen a huge progress with my 4 year olds learning and school readiness. Thanks to all the staff at The Grove Bexley. Highly recommend this centre."

"We love TGA Bexley the educators are so lovely and have a personal connection with my kids. The centre is amazing on all levels and not to mention their pre school program. Both my kids have attended since the centre has opened and I definitely wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else. We really appreciate Zaynab the centre director on this journey as well as Vanessa, Paris, Wilma, Mage and Heni these lovely educators have made my kids journey so comfortable.
