"I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my child in Creative Garden Childcare, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was evident that this is a truly special place. The staff at Creative Garden Childcare is undoubtedly one of its greatest assets. They are not only highly trained professionals but also incredibly warm, caring, and dedicated individuals. It's clear that they have a genuine passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment. They engage with each child on a personal level, taking the time to understand their unique needs and interests. "Would not recommend this centre to anyone! Staff are arrogant and rude. There is no communication at all within the centre. They had put my daughters clothes on other children, They gave my daughter un sanitised bottles, the staff do not talk to you or greet you when you’re picking up or dropping off your child, there are dishes and dirty cutlery in the parents room my daughter has had nappy rash from day care almost every week she comes home. They refused to acknowledge me when I asked for them not to use a certain nappy, the staff continued to give her bottles after I had asked them not to. They don’t notify of any sickness, nor send sick children home. my daughter ended up in hospital 3 times in 7 months from this centre along with HFM 3 times and other issues. I’m aware children get sick that’s fine but this was an extreme amount of times. when I asked staff about their sanitisation routine I wasn’t given a proper answer besides “we sanitise things” I raised issues with reception staff along with the room staff and no action was taken. I am extremely upset with the level of care my child had received at this centre."

"My son has been attending this centre since he was only 10 months old and we absolutely love it. I have never had any issues regarding his education and care and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Garima and Nusrath both are very attentive to each child's well-being and all the questions we had in the past have been kindly answered. I would recommend this place to everyone for their children!"

"My daughter has thrived since she stepped in the door. All staff members have made it a point to make you and all other family members feel welcome. They always keep you updated on your child's progress throughout the day via Xplor app and ensure they post lots of photos so you can feel close to your child every day."

"My daughter has been attending the center for 2.5 years. She started in the toddler 1 room and is now in the Kinder room.. The amount she has grown emotionally and socially over this time is amazing. The educators have a wonderful program that not only focuses on her interests but also her strengths, needs and capabilities. My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and learning delay recently and the staff were very supportive to my daughter and my family. They work with her pediatrician to provide activities and experiences that will help her to participate with the other children while remaining focused. I couldn't be any happier with the support and learning that Creative Gardens has provided us."
