Luxe Bar 500 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction, New South Wales 2022

"I work in the facility and I come here often some staff are super nice but I believe today will be my last day. Every time when I come I order “warm long black” depending on the staff who works I get warm or hot Long black. Today I ordered the same thing and I always pay the full price. She gave me hot coffee if I have a long break I don't mind but I have 15 min to drink this coffee so I want to get what I ordered. I asked her if I could get warm, not hot She took the takeaway cup emptied some coffee and added cold water inside instead of giving me a new coffee. Now my coffee tastes like water. This happen a few time but because I am being nice I don't say anything it keeps happening. So I won't be coming back again."

"Absolutely appalling behaviour towards others. The staff member had no respect. I sat down with my baby to have a quick meal before taking a 4 hour car trip unaware that the tables belonged to the cafe as they were not labelled and were in the middle of the shopping centre walkway. There was only two other people on the tables eating a meal and the rest of the tables empty. The male working here yelled at me across the shopping centre for sitting at the table. As a mother trying to feed her child I am very upset about the way in which this situation was handled and the way I was yelled at in front of my young child."

"My recent visit to this café was marred by an overpriced $14 cheese and tomato croissant. To add to the disappointment, my specific order for a soy flat white was mistaken for an almond flat white. When I voiced my concerns, the token compensation of $2.5 fell short of rectifying the situation. With poor value for money, inadequate attention to detail, and unsatisfactory customer service, I find it challenging to recommend this café until substantial improvements are made."

"I hadn't had breakfast and was looking forward to lunch but wanted to grab something quick before shopping. I was so hungry that I didn't even take a photo of my order. I was craving a sausage roll and saw that this place was selling them although I think I was given a lentil roll instead so was a bit of a bummer. Also ordered a ham and cheese croissant and it wasn't anything to write home about really. It needed slices of tomatoe to balance out the dryness. There is ample seating around as it's basically located in a food court. It's also possible to sit outside on the balcony which has a great view."

"It’s a nice place and the food is good, but it’s really confusing when you go order coffee only, they should give the costumer a receipt or at least put the costumers name in the lid. I got the wrong coffee two times! Very very confusing"
