"Alphabet Cottage had been part of our life in the past five years. The director, the nominated supervisor, educators and all staff know us and build friendship with the families. I felt supported with their care and friendships. They looking after our kids well and knowing them personally. They really showing how early learning center should be, they teaching kids a lot of things through playing and daily activities. Great work and we'll miss childcare pick up in the afternoon."
"We've had fantastic experience with the center. Room is bright and airy with high ceilings and outdoor setup is sufficient. Kids get to enjoy outdoor time a lot. Teachers and management are a bunch of happy and genuine souls who enjoy being around with kids. My little one was 9 months when he started the daycare and he was taken very good care of and settled in fairly quickly. This is consistent with other babies later on. Taking care of kids is about little things. They care remembering kids' special needs and routines, never loose anything, my boy smell sunblock lotion at pickup and he definitely was not hungry. There's even hand-made gift for my little one when we left only because we had to move house. This center is above expectation. Definitely check them out."
"My daughter has been attending the preschool room in the past year and we had an amazing experience here. She's quite sad that it's finishing in couple of weeks. All the educators are truly wonderful people and my daughter feels very comfortable and happy around them. The learning also looks very engaging and fun, as well as practical. The atmosphere is very homely. My other daughter went to Montessori in her preschool year (4 years ago) and I must say if I new of Alphabet Cottage at that time I would definitely choose them. Keep up the great work! :)"
"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My daughter has attended Alphabet Cottage for 3 years and I have never experienced an issue. The atmosphere is like family, where all the educators show great love and affection for not only the children but the parents and grandparents as well. My daughter has been able to create great bonds and friendships with her peers and educators. Their educational curriculum is fantastic, truly embodying learning through play, with programs such as munch and move, and outdoor excursions. They also provide EVERYTHING, from nappies, hats, bags and food! Makes it so much easier, especially as a single mum, working full time, where all I have to pack is her spare clothes and a drink bottle. Alphabet cottage has a wonderful director, nominated supervisor and educational leader, as well as a top notch educators, who are all caring and engaging. "My daughter started 3 weeks ago at Alphabet Cottage and I couldn't be more pleased. As a parent, it can be stressful to let someone else look after your child (especially your first one) but, I am not worried at all when I say goodbye to my little girl every morning. The staff is very professional, caring and always quick to respond when I have queries. I could not recommend Alphabet Cottage enough to any parents looking for a childcare."
