"Extremely disappointing and poor value for money. Provided feedback on how wilted and dead the arrangement looked on arrival and gave them an opportunity to rectify but received no response. Judge for yourself with the photos below. Support your local florist and buy local. At least you know what sort of standards they hold themselves to. Edit - Changed to 3 stars. Roses Only offered a partial refund."
