"The staff member serving at the counter had next to no English. It made it difficult to order our coffees with him. Also, I'm not sure what was done, but the 4 coffees that we had that day were all really bad. Probably the worst coffees we have ever experienced."

"Well came here in the morning for a fresh “ Vanilla Chiller” but the attitude of a female staff didn’t make me feel “chill” at all. I knew she is Vietnamese so I made an order in Vietnamese, she refused to answer in Vietnamese and continued to speak in English, which is undebatable except the words out from her tongue are so rude “ that’s it?”, “what’s your name?” with an annoyed face. sometimes these words are said by another sellers, who have limited English but made me happy, because of their happy faces. This young female staff definitely know how to speak English in an polite way but refused to use it to customers. The “Vanilla chiller” is supposed to come with cream on top. But I didn’t see any cream on top, my bf came to her and ask for cream. Second time STILL WITH AN ANNOYED FACE like we did something wrong to her. We didn’t notice the small sign “No cream today” and what she did is just simply point the finger to the sign. Please if you feel tired, ask your boss to off from work, don’t come to work with that attitude, I own you nothing and ask for nothing except paying money for a regular, standard drink served with a “standard attitude”. It’s so annoyed when you are planning to start the day with a fresh drink and get treated this way. Thank you for spending time reading my review, hope you improve your customer service!!!"

"Worst customer service I've ever experience at a Gloria Jean's Coffee place( & I've bought at many Gloria Jean's restaurants). I came one morning buying coffee & some banana bread & was carrying my little Pug in my arm. The young man who serve me advised that after I receive my coffee that I cannot stay inside. I said I understand. After receiving my coffee I went outside in the corridor in the laneway & sat there waiting for my wife & daughter. I was then rudely approached by the lady boss & was told to go away because I had a dog with me. I said to her that I was outside in the laneway carrying my little dog in my arm trying to have the coffee & food that I just purchase from her store but the so call little boss lady didn't care. She was happy to take my money & business but she was as rude as a filthy thief with little customer's service or care. I would never go back here again & would tell all my colleagues & friends to not do business with this terrible store."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. We brought our small dachshund and friends to have a nice coffee. We were outside and did not enter with the store with our dog. The supposed boss came out and yelled at us. He could have nicely told us to leave, which we would of. There are plenty of dogs in Cabramatta. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING HOW WE WERE TREATED. This store does not represent the standard Gloria Jeans etiquette and values."
