"Absolutely terrible service! My partner took her car in for a simple pre-sale service and left with a huge bill of overpriced additional charges. To top it off, they claimed the A/C compressor was leaking and quoted an outrageous amount to fix it. Thankfully, we sought a second opinion from North Side Auto Works, and they quickly discovered that the A/C system was fine and only required a simple re-gas. It's clear that North Shore Parts and Service is either incompetent or blatantly dishonest, and their lack of ethical behavior is truly alarming. We strongly advise against using their services - save yourself the time, money, and headache by going elsewhere!"

"Horrible service, do not recommend! Person I spoke to kept telling me the appointment I made online did not exist even though I had 2 forms of confirmation. On the morning of my appointment I called for the 4th time and asked to speak to the service team who confirmed my appointment did exist. By that time I needed NRMA to come out as my battery had died and I couldn't drive the car. I asked North Shore Ford to use my appointment to check the previous errors on my car were fixed but was told there was a $200+ inspection fee even though my car is under warranty. Wasting my time and money. Update: thanks for contacting me Michael. I appreciate your apology and explanation for my experience at North Shore Ford. I look forward to bringing my car to you for its next service."

"Just had my Ford Ranger serviced here and I've got to give credit where credit is due. I had the best experience. Right from my initial enquiry they were attentive and accomodating. They even washed the outside of my car! I chose to wait in the customer lounge and they made even effort to get me back on the road quickly. I won't be dreading my service next year now! Thanks so much."

"I previously left a negative review because they could not do the service at the time I booked, but I now appreciate that they were very busy. The service price was low and they didn't try and sell me stuff i didn't need. The service people were very nice and they answered the concerns I had with the car. I will most certainly keep using this service provider."

"Visiting this place for spare parts is a sub-standard experience. Firstly you must press the bell at the service counter to alert the parts counter that you are there. All while waiting in ear shot of service advisors having the most embarrassing phone conversations with clients (putting on their "hard sell" and sounding technically inept) No upside to my visit, the catalogue didn't have the screws or grommet identified for sale (these items were left off by the last servicing Ford dealer). If Northshore Ford are serious about service they should consider to invest in appropriate facilities with decent waiting/ office areas."
