"Lied and changed payments to suit them to charge extra month! Also paid back more than I should've when accountant went through transaction history! Paperwork is dodgey, you sign document with agreed repayment but repayment is over what was stated in contract! All forwarded to ACCC and solicitor to now chase my money! All I see and others is CIGNO again!!"

"Had payments set for $280 and just had $309 taken out, checked my Moneyspot account and I still owe a few payments like I thought. So why the heck did you take more then what what agreed to in the contract."

"Will never ever use apply at this place again. I went on my profile and I have submitted 7 applications in the last 4 years and I had no problems with my credit. I applied at Moneyspot as it was a suggested option of lenders that wanted to have a look at application further and offer me a loan. However, I did this thinking I was going to be approved and literally not even having my application in for a minute it was decline straight away and I mean straight away. They have damage my credit file this way. I will never use or apply here again, because they didn’t even look at my applications at all, state that they are keen to look at your application and then reject it after a second of having it."

"I Dont have anything bad to say about money spot! I best thing I love about them is that your contract is fully set out in front of you for every single payment and shows you when your contract ends and you know exactly how much your paying back from day one! Other company’s I’ve had loans through just keep you guessing week to week how much your going to end up paying back! I love knowing how much it will cost me from day one to last payment! No issues here from me! Had 3 loans and not a single issue! Will always be a repeat customer"
