Bought a frypan and some plates, was waiting in line and when it comes to my turn, the person behind me pushes in and gets served and other the Customer "service" staff ignores me and starts chatting to a previous customer about her family and personal life story. How is Myer still operating? It's been on a downhill service trajectory for the past 30 years. Anyone without any business training knows how to fix their problems, so how do they not know what to do. Save your money and energy, shop elsewhere, because Myers obviously doesn't care what you do."
