"I have order the timing bell almost more than 3 months and it’s still been waited orders. I went to service department last week for replacing Alternator which dont know why it’s broken while my van just 1 year old with 20k km. And then this morning, 1 week following when replacements alternator, my van shows up the coolant level low. I opened the front engine to check and very astonishing because the coolant cap was missing. Im looking around and found it just near the corner. I cant believe how the staff could forget to close back that, that is imbecility and un-reasonably when they do their job. Also i lost 2 the hub cap tyre and they refused that they forget to put back and said may fall off when i was the road. So disappointed…"

"Extremely disappointed from this service centre. I am still waiting from last 7 weeks to get my MG HS fixed. I have made several attempts to obtain updates on the status of my car but the communication from the team has been incostintent and lacking in clarity. They didn't even bother to call me once in these 7 weeks to inform me with an update, infact the staff are not on the same page, everyone has got a different story to tell you. My last resort would be to ask for help from Ombudsman. Better go to any other service centre and make your life easy."

"My Van was given for Full service on May 5, 2023. Upon picking up, I was advised only half is done! Further I was informed that transmission oil & filter and LED headlight lamps will arrive from China within two weeks and THEY will call me. Nada#So after FOUR weeks, I called to enquire, was put on hold for THIRTY minutes - lady on the other end, said after THIS long hold, she will ring me back in 5 minutes.Boy, was I wrong! Of course, she never did??!!. They're holding my full payment of $1,014+ against half serviced vehicle!! This is July 2023.I urge all LDV vehicle owners to avoid Homebush centre like plague."

"They do it quick but doesn’t do the job properly! Beware! Better go to mg ryde! I went here they stated there are no issue with my mg but at the same day i came to another mechanic that just ride my car without doing any deep inspection he can say the car shock breaker or wheels need attention. Even mg ryde know there is something wrong with my car"

"Service agent was very knowledgeable and able to answer my queries. Perhaps coming from staff training or experience, but happy to obtain answer needed. I think this business will rock if they expand to bigger premisis and more people. 4 weeks for simple service seems little long. 9/10 for service received. (1 deducted for not receiving sms message due to IT errors when vehicle was ready to be picked up)"
