"I had a terrible experience with a store recently. Initially, the store seemed promising, as it was new and clean. I made a few purchases before, and everything seemed fine. However, my latest purchase was a more expensive throttle controller. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months of use, the connection came loose, rendering the controller useless. When I returned to the store to discuss the issue, I spoke politely and calmly with a lady and the store manager, Anthony. To my disappointment, Anthony told me that there was nothing he could do and refused to offer any assistance. He even suggested that the manufacturer wouldn't help either. This response was quite disheartening, considering I had not been aggressive or confrontational in any way. Anthony even went as far as to suggest that if the problem had occurred on the same day of purchase, he might have considered helping me – a notion I found rather absurd, as it disregards the warranty entirely. Feeling unsatisfied with the store's response, I decided to reach out directly to the manufacturer. To my surprise, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They promptly sent out a replacement unit the very next day, resolving my issue efficiently. This experience has left me disappointed and dissatisfied with the store's customer service. If you are considering making an expensive purchase from this establishment, be cautious, as their after-sales support is lacking. Personally, I have decided never to buy from this store again."

"Very rude staff. Specially the assistant manager & the checkout lady behave very rudely if you ask them any stock availability or price match with Repco. It’s company policy so they can’t refuse it but they try to ignore you. Better ignore this store & go to Autobarn next door"

"The new villawood store is amazing. It's good that they are back in the local area after being replaced by autobarn from their original location. The store is clean and tidy, plus the service was great. I was helped by a team member named Aiden, who was an absolute top bloke. Great customer service as he managed to help me get all the essentials for my new vehicle. Definitely recommend coming here for all your car needs!!"

I wanted to purchase more than one product because I am renovating my house but he wanted to impose a limit on how much I can buy and said he had the authority to change it for every customer. I didn’t realise and don’t appreciate that there were different expectations for different customers. Horrible customer service and I will definitely not be coming back."
