"The Indian lady in the front counter was so hopeless and rude when trying to find the correct product. Felt like we interrupted her just to do her job. Yet, she still managed to give us the wrong information and directed us to Repco. We went to repco and it was such an easy process. Unfortunately we did not get her name as another lady had to serve us. This whole experience felt like she did not want to be at work and did not want to help us. 25/08/23 @1229 North Parramatta. Please get this staff member trained with custom service and knowledge based."
"Rang up for low pressure fuel hose, even gave item number. Yeap yeap we have it...was they reply. Get there and no stock!! Seriously Gone are the days when you ring up and people actually get off their seat to check stock. Poor service"
"Attended 22/04/23 and was served by William at spare parts in relation to a battery for my motorcycle. William went above and beyond to help me and was able to find me the perfect battery. Further to my positive experience, the lady at the front counter (did not get her name) was so nice/ helpful and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job. I would give 10 stars If I could."
