"ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECUASE IT WAS THE MINIMUM ALLOWING ME TO POST - should be ZERO stars. Be very wary of buying from this company - there is NO customer support whatsoever if you have a warranty issue. I purchased a gaming chair through Ewin Racing AU/Carbonetics 15 months ago (they are the self-declared sole distributor of the product in Australia). The unit came with a 3-year warranty and just 15-months later, both the gas strut and the tilt mechanism have failed within days of each other. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding repair/replacement under warranty (two emails and two phone calls). Neither email has received any reply and both times I have called, the person at the other end of the phone has refused to put me through to anyone to discuss my issue, instead "promising to have someone call me back (which never happens). The same person also went on to claim that they "weren't the same company" despite both Carbonetics (the chair distributor) and Ewin Racing Australia (the website through which the chair was purchased) having the same ABN number and being listed as part of the same parent company. I have now been forced to resort to taking the matter further with the NSW Office of Fair Trading due to a complete lack of response from the company. While a repair or replacement would have been my initial goal, I will now be seeking a full refund as it is very clear from both my experience and many others who have written reviews here that this company provides no support whatsoever once they have your money."

"Absolute worst company to purchase from. Bought a full 3000$ body kit months ago came with missing parts. Emailed about 5 times back and forth and still can’t confirm the items or a delivery. Have been waiting to get body kit painted for months as can’t get it installed until I have all the pieces and am not going to go and get it painted twice. Such a waste of time and such bad customer service. Highly don’t recommend purchasing anything from this company not worth the hassle."
