Dr Zen's passion lies in pregnancy care, and she strives to create a nurturing environment where her patients feel empowered. Dr Zen is actively involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of doctors. She is a clinical lecturer for the University of Sydney and a Learning Advisor for the University of Sydney Medical School. Additionally, she serves as a training supervisor for RANZCOG, contributing to the training of future obstetric and gynaecology specialists.
