"DO NOT USE, YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT INSURED!!!! Damaged tv due to being stuffed in the top of the truck without being wrapped and refusing to honor insurance if they even have any??, FAIR TRADING CASE OPENED. After ignoring calls and messages for 4 weeks, finally after threatening abed with a letter from fair trading, I received an insurance form to fill out, after 4 weeks nothing, I then had all my calls ignored for two weeks before again threatening to go to fair trading, I was told, I would be reimbursed for a replacement tv on the companys payroll day...nothing...again ignoring calls. ARE APARTMENT WAS ON A TRUCK WITH TWO OTHER APARTMENTS, we were told we would be sharing with one other, leaving us with half a truck, instead they couldn't even fit all our apartmemt on the truck, our van was packed full to the brim, if we didn't have our own van, we would of had to leave alot of our belongings behind when we were moving from Sydney to Queensland."
