"Don’t deal with this guy shocking customer service. EDIT - you can reply here but when asking about my refund ignored me for over a week and forced me to get eBay to intervene. The wipers were rubbish, Bedding in period for wipers? - that’s a first but not only that you tried to withhold part of my refund because “you loose money” that’s what happens when you operate your business poorly and ignore your customers once you have their money."

"Not a good experience. Ordered online 7 weeks ago. Waited 3 weeks with no arrival or communication. Rang and spoke to someone who sent half the order (the parts that were in stock) of which one part arrived incorrect, Rang many times, phone never answers.... emailed, no communication. Very poor customer service and would like a refund so i can go somewhere else."

"First time customer and the service I received from Mathew and his partner was great, very friendly and helpful. I purchased wipers for my sisters car however I had trouble changing them so I contacted Mathew and he offered to show me how to change them at his place of business. Whilst there I purchased wipers for my car as well and again Mathew offered advice on how to change them when it needed to be replaced. MCP price is very competitive as well and cheaper than most stores I have seen, and the excellent customer service and knowledge of products is what really matters. "I have been a good customer to MCP and generally have received my items within a reasonable time period. However, i have been waiting since last May for items not in stock. I have sent emails and tried to phone them to either supply the goods or preferably at this stage give me a refund. Unfortunately no reply so I will take my business elsewhere in future."
