"Be aware,bought sidesteps with lights for xtrail t31 the installation booklet was very vague tried two upmarket 4x4 installers to mount them for me but instructions had them stumped as well basically showed you how to drill holes for mounting bolts but not "where" to place these holes finally bought new old stock (genuine part) These had actual photos as well as using the vehicles natural bolts for mounting,these also had measurements showing correct position.Mounted them myself in 45 mins.After returning the product to Nu force I had to give them my account id's three times before getting my refund."
"I initially did not receive all of the required bolts which were a specialized type of bolt and very difficult to replace. Customer support was slow and unresponsive however after some time and further communication the business was able to send me the correct bolts. I blame Covid19 for the slow customer support which is understandable."
