"Dont order from these people if you need your order shipped on the same day. Ordered in the morning, told the goods would arrive in the afternoon when they hadnt arrived by 4.00pm I was told the goods were on the courier for the next morning. We have had to keep a customers car, unable to pass the car for rego, complete inconvenience for all of us. They have a stupid process for taking credit cards, the manager of the company has to process them and they only process twice a day, therefore you dont get your parts because of their inefficiency. Recommend finding another supplier that has a system that works properly and gets goods out on the same day. As if things have not been hard enough for us in the auto industry and then we have to deal with a company that gives incorrect information and horrible service."
