"Purchased a brand new luxury watch, and requested that a link be removed from the bracelet. Clearly a bunch of amatuers that have absolutely no idea what they are doing, so much so, that after waiting for over an hour, they were unable to remove the link and had damaged the bracelet. Despite continuous denial of any wrongdoing, they made me feel as if I was an inconvenience and a hinderance, as I was cast aside to wait like a peasant. With no regard whatsoever for the fact thatt I had spent in excess of $2,500 in this transaction, and well over $10,000 with their company over recent years. Without any apology from their store staff/manager whatsoever, I then contacted the Mazzucchelli's Head Office (located in Adelaide), to which I received a mediocre response at best, basically saying 'sorry, but there's nothing we can do'. Potential customers; go elsewhere, don't waste your hard earned money with a company that doesn't appreciate your business, nor do they have any interest in customer experience. Potential employees: don't even bother, just keep looking elsewhere. I will never be back again.... and as for this experience.. I'll be sure to tell as many people as possible, on as many platforms as possible."
