"Worst circumstance with which to receive flowers from this service. The lady who gifted these flowers to us was terribly disappointed when we sent her a photo of them. Nothing like she thought she had purchased. We tried to get some idea of when they would arrive so we didn’t waste to whole day but could only be told they would arrive by 5.30pm as they were too busy. At 5.30 pm I get a call advising they are 30 min away. I tell them we have a dinner booking and wouldn’t be able to take them. So we had to take delivery at the restaurant after 6pm and they leaked water all through my car until we finished dinner ..... all the drama for these........."
