"I honestly can not recommend this place highly enough. If you are lucky to gain a place in this centre, I would highly suggest you keep it. I have to agree with everything the previous poster has written. I have all my boys in here, the first two were here last year and came back mid this year. My boys aren’t the easiest to deal with but the educates never make you feel bad about anything. I appreciate this place so much because of the care they give and development I’ve seen in my boys. Besides our immediate family, these ladies are the next thing to family my kids have. They show a great amount of care and discipline when needed. So a big Thank you to Cris, Nora, Sangita, Tee, Mandy and Leesa - your warm welcome without fail at the door goes a long way."

"I would firstly like to say reading previous reviews, (Sakshi Lakhi) There is no need to write ur bad comments about a center you obviously have no knowledge about, you should have approached this matter in much of a civil way, these are our kids you are talking about. This center has bought me closer to my kids, they help me raise my kids, I know everything that happens in this center as every educator communicates with me, I see photos of every activity that the kids participate. My eldest child, if it wasn't for good start educators, for their love and support, for everything, I would be struggling as a parent, my child has come such a long way from knowing his ABC to counting and behavior. As a mother I am very happy that both my children come to this center and I wouldn't have it any other way."

"I moved my son from another childcare centre to Goodstart- Deerpark and I couldn’t be happier. On the orientation day, the educator and the director made us feel very welcomed. On the first day when we went to pick up my son, the director, Leesa, herself was carrying him around. When we asked why, she said he was bit unsettled and therefore didn’t want to leave him by himself. I was really touched by this gesture. This assured me that I was leaving my son with people who truly cared (mind you, at the old centre the Director didn’t even know my sons name). The educators at this centre are really warm and caring. As they are mom themselves, they understand the anxiety that a mom goes through, leaving their precious baby with someone else. They keep me posted about how my son is doing through their Storypark application. They also never seem to get annoyed when I call them to check on my son, several times a day. During pickups I also get to see lots of pictures of the activities that my son has undertaken throughout the day. This type of personalised care has really helped put my mind and my heart at ease. A special thank you to Mridula, Nora and Sangita for looking after my son so well. I can definitely see the change your love and care is bringing about in his personality. We chose Goodstart-Deerpark for the warmth that the educators, the director, the admin officer…pretty much everyone that we came across, provided. I actually didn’t choose the centre for the “Exceed” ratings that it has, but after few weeks with the centre I can see why they have an "Exceed" ratings. Thank you very much for looking after my son so well. You guys are the BEST. Please keep up the great work!!!"
