"The parts that were bought here were pretty expensive. They do tend to have parts that are hard to find but the price is what makes them hard for me to buy from here."
"Horrible experience. My mechanic had some difficulty finding a purge valve, I called wreckers around and this one indicated they had the part for $120. I TOLD THEM I wasn't familiar with the part exactly and they sold me something. My Mechanic advised me that I had instead been sold a purge canister, instead of the simple purge valve I needed. Returned to discuss with them and the lady at the counter was nice enough to speak to me and refer to me to the relevant staff member. The staff member upon hearing my issue was rude to me even though she SAID TO HIM the other guy got the wrong parts. He huffed and directed me to pull the part out myself (some guy with a beard). Pulled the part I needed and it was worth no more than $40 and he REFUSED partial refund, instead telling me I should be grateful he's not charging me for both parts. He kept calling it a 'swap over' process, but I'm not swapping it I'm getting the part I actually wanted. I didn't need the part he gave me (I never asked for it) so I left it with them. No refunds apparently. It's my fault they can't tell what parts a car has, even though it's their only purpose? They have no idea what they're doing. Absolute stupidity from them. AVOID! RUDE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The other reviews are all correct and a very similar experience to mine. Take these reviews as a warning that, if you do have to go there, don't let them pull it out. They don't know what parts a car has and will ultimately blame you for it when you go to install a part and discover it's wrong."
"Prices was ridiculous. The customer service was absolutely shocking. The cars have hardly any parts. The place is supper muddy and there is water in majority of the cars & all the parts. Would not recommend."
"Lady on the phone was very lovely and quick to call back. The manager was great even helping out with mechanical advice and referring me to another business who was able to help me when they didn't have my part. Very attentive and great to know they're open again on the Saturday after being told they were closed by the Google search hours."
