"We recently had our first baby with Dr Rizvi as our obstetrician. I cannot praise her highly enough. We felt incredibly well informed and supported from day one. She is absolutely wonderful. Kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience as a first time Mum. I have been completely blown away by the level of care and consideration."

"Dr Rizvi has the most deplorable bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met. She is an older doctor and very stuck in her ways. She does not hold the best interests of the patient but is more concerned with delivery being convenient for her. Dr Rizvi is known as the cesarean doctor for a reason and does not hold any consideration to the views and wishes of the patient, or that this has been a completely risk and complication free pregnancy. Rather than be up front and honest about her unwillingness to deliver any other way apart from a cesarean, she waited until I was 39 weeks pregnant to tell me that she was unwilling to consider any other options. She advised me to change doctors if I was unhappy about her decision, but she was not willing to change her mind. However at 39 weeks, this would not be easy to do. I am very unhappy with the service I have received from her. I hope that Dr Rizvi improves her communication with future patients so that other women and families do not have the same negative and disappointing experiences that I have."
