"A bustling pub in the middle of Surry Hills. A lot of space to grab a table but do make a reservation if eating. The food was good, without being unbelievable. The chicken of the parmi was great quality and the chips were good too. The coleslaw could've used some sauce as it was a bit dry. The burgers were again good. Was quite loud and busy when we were there, which made it a lively vibe. Great selection of beers too"
"Outstanding range of beers, but all of our group thought the food was bang average, especially the anorexic chicken wings and the greasy and powdery chips. I certainly wouldn't visit this venue for the uninspired food, but thankfully you visit the Dove & Olive for the craft beer and here it never disappoints. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the different beers and there are many great seating options, inside, outside and upstairs. Drinking, then highly recommend. Hungry, try the Strawberry Hills just down the road!"
