Reviews of The Duke of Clarence
"2nd time i have been here on a friday night. Extremely busy yet amazing service. The food is incredible. Have had the Roast Beef with all the trimmings and have had also had the rump steak. All cooked to perfection. Good selection of beers and spirits to choose from."
"Great little spot ... bit hard to find but worth the hunt! Great food and nice vibe with open fire and a very old English pub feel. I'd advise booking a table if you want to eat. The staff are lovely ... very personable and helpful."
"good curated list of wines; well made cocktails, really good British pub style food (albeit quite expensive at average $30 per main, even for a cheeseburger or fish & chips!). A nice cosy hang out spot with a real fireplace, music is just right to allow for conversations. Tuesday night trivia. Good place for after work and catch up with mates. Takes bookings. Will return!"
"We went here on Christmas. Nice and cozy English Pub. We got the Christmas Turkey Roast. The turkey are too dry & chewy. We love the roasted carrot tho, they are delish. I highly recommend eton mess. They are lovely!!"
"We had a Sunday roast. I had chicken, and my husband had the beef. It was a good, traditional English Sunday roast. We sat in a semi enclosed room with 3 tables. There wasn't much air circulation, and it felt crowded. The decor from my understanding was brought from a pub in England. We had lived in London, so it was very nostalgic for us. The staff was excellent. Drinks were great. We definitely would go again."
