"The worst mortgage service ever. Anyone should stay away from it. They told me the service was free of charge in the beginning, so I proceeded with them. They refered me to RAMS home loan. Then two weeks after processing my loan, they said my loan application was difficult as I had too many home loans before, so they told me I needed to pay $4000 to bribe the processing officer so that I could get approval. I refused to pay that amount; they lowered the fee to $1700 and then finally to $1300. In the end, I called RAMS directly and realized it was a big lie from them. RAMS did not charge any fee. It's just they are too greedy and want to pocket that money. I wasted 3 weeks with them with my loan application going nowhere and finally because I refused to pay $1300 fee, they automatically withdrew my loan application with RAMS, which made me unable to purchase the property. Steven Le and his assistant Yen are the biggest liars. They are totally untrustworthy, unprofessional and conduct the business in the most unethical way when trying to rip customers of their money. Getting them to help me with my loan in the beginning is the biggest mistake ever."
