"Very Poor Customer Service CASH CONVERTERS GOSFORD They Only Have Buy Off You And Loans Only Now There Is No More Shop Any More We Arrived About 3.04 Pm And Had To Waited For Our Turn Which Was At 3.26 Pm Saturday 26/09/20.There Was Only 1 Person In Front Of Us And 2 Other People Came In While We Were Waiting Our Turn ( No Problem So Far ) IThe Guy on Counter wouldn't Do T.he Loan on my Tools As He Wanted To Go Home Early I Feel That If He Doesn't Want To Do His Job Then He Should Quit Or Be Retrained Or FIRED The Shop Closes At 4 Pm Didn't See Any Other Staff The Whole Time I Was There Unless They Were Out The Back But Normally They Do Cine Out As Customer Arrives Or After Taking Staff Out The Back . So That May Mean He Could Have Been The Manager Or Part Management Team If He Was There By himself This Is The Worst Service I've EVER HAD From Any CASH CONVERTER And I Used A Lot Of Them In All Different Area's Across Australia Very Sad And Disappointing"
