"I recently visited Pandora The Glen to have my charms and earrings cleaned. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. After leaving my 12 charms and 3 earrings at the store, I was shocked to find out that they had lost one of my Pandora charms when I went to pick them up. To make matters worse, the manager Chiara did not take any responsibility for the mishap and instead claimed that the loss was due to a miscount. This excuse was simply not acceptable as the lady had counted the charms in front of me three times. I was extremely disappointed that the manager didn't even apologize for the loss and failed to offer any solution to the problem. Despite my request for a call back, I received no communication from the store the following day. I had to make the effort to reach out to them, only to find out that the manager Chiara was not even present. The lack of respect for clients and their possessions was simply unacceptable. It is evident that the store lacks adequate customer service skills and fails to take responsibility for their mistakes. Losing one of my charms that held a sentimental value was a huge blow, and the store's poor response only added to my frustration. I would not recommend anyone to visit Pandora The Glen and will certainly never be returning."

She provided outstanding service, although the charm I initially wanted was out of stock, Angela provided me with multiple options which turned out to be more suited to what I envisioned. This lady named K, approached me and asked what she can help me with, i told her i want to exchange a charm but she said to wait a moment.. but after that she left me waiting and already serving someone else.
