"Waiting staff were super slow. It was annoying. Ordered eggs Benny and big breakfast, got it 40 minutes after we arrived. Food can be much better, left exhausted and disappointed."
"Don’t know how I was charged $17 for large latte and a Ferrero frappe. Something isn’t adding up!!! “we are adjusting to the rising cost of supplies and services” Always happy to support, maybe updating menu would be helpful!"
"First of all it’s really sad that I read the bad reviews here because personally I like this cafe the staff are really nice and kind really respectful they all do there Job really well. The food is also nice but sometimes they put less on the plate. And when I had to write about the cafe personally I love there cafe highly recommended place when you wanna have a break after shopping :)"
"We came in at 3:20pm, were shown to table. At 3:30 they came to us, and told us we can no longer order hot food because the kitchen is closing. If they had told us that when they showed us to the table, we could have ordered before 3:30pm. We only wanted avocado on toast from the kitchen. But no. So we ordered coffee and lemon meringue. I understand that the kitchen has to close some time but feel they should have managed our expectations better."
"Cafe Kazu is located in the centre of level 2 Miranda Westfield, and for a cafe located inside Westfield with limited control of its surroundings, it does well. Meeting COVID regulations, they have a dedicated entrance with sing-in and a clear exit. The tables, floors, and surroundings are kept clean and tidy. The menu is quite large considering the small team of chefs working, and it is quite well priced. In regards to the quality of the food, it's good but not exceptional, and it took longer than the standard time for it to be prepared. I ordered the big breakfast and was surprised by the amount of food on the plate, it was definitely a filling meal. The serving staff are helpful and have good customer service. Overall, it's a solid 4 star cafe, but it definitely needs to hire another kitchen hand to improve the speed in which meals come out."
