"Tried their waffle the first time. The texture of the sorbet on top of the waffle was not like the sorbet I used to have. It was rough in texture and to describe it more precisely I would say i was having flavored crushed ice instead of sorbet. The waffle itself tasted like it’s reheated and wasn’t made freshly. The most scary thing about the dish was yet to come… until a quarter of a mushroom appeared near the strawberries when I was about to have it. For a waffle dish charged over $20, I don’t believe this was the experience anyone expect to get."

"Lovely cafe, next to the library and the “green” in Chatswood. Amazing carrot cake, and the eggs Benedict rock. You can chill out here, both inside and outside, with friendly service and wonderful coffee."

"Perfect location with a view. Spent a lazy Sunday here over coffee and food and it didn't disappoint. Ordered the slow cooked 12hr beef cheek roll and it was delicious. Only downside was the thick cut chips on the side which was bland and not tasty. The coffee is good here. On point and they do a mean ice coffee. Definitely a place to come back too"

"The best thing about this place was the coffee. If you're paying $18+ for Smashed Avo you'd expect avocado on it right? I'll let you be the judge. $19 for French toast you'd expect all components to be present? See if you can find the berry compote on the plate. Once you order and pay at the counter the customer service becomes non-existent. No one person that works there bothered to ask why the food was being left on the plates (usually this is the point where some feedback can be exchanged) but just didn't seem to care. One thing I am absolutely against is the over glorified images of food places on social media and this is one of those places. Marketing companies will always charge you big bucks to deliver you content, I don't view over saturated, unnaturally looking colours in photos as good content. Anyway, avoid, give it a miss, go elsewhere."
