"on 15 February 2023 I wanted to exchange the bracelet to a smaller size, which I bought on 13 February 2023, but they told me to come back with my child so I wouldn't go back and forth because what I bought was a promotional item. Maybe she said that because I'm Asian & don't wear nice clothes. but when i said i won't be back to exchange & i want extra item, she try to be nice. after I bought several other items and spent more than $200, her face changed politely. even though I'm a member of Pandora for a long time. why be racist & look at appearances?"
