"I've been waiting on the queue which seems to be getting longer! When we first visited this place in July 2022, we were really impressed. The indoor and outdoor areas were fantastic, the teachers were friendly, and everything seemed well-organized. So, we decided to join the waitlist online, hoping to secure a spot for our child. However, since then, it's been a lot of waiting and disappointment. It feels like we're in a never-ending line, and we have no idea how much longer we'll have to wait. Earlier this year, the center called us and mentioned there might be openings by late 2023 or early 2024. We were excited about that and told them our child could attend five days a week. Unfortunately, we didn't hear anything more after that call until we gave another call again in late July. At that time, the center informed us that we might have to wait for 18 to 24 months. They said they wouldn't have more information until October because they were focused on enrolling current students. It's also frustrating that the waitlist still shows our child attending for three days a week instead of five, which makes it seem like the previous call didn't have an impact. Just recently, in mid-August, we called once more and received even more disheartening news. They now said we might have to wait for 2.5 years! What makes this situation even more frustrating is that there's no clear way to know where we stand in the queue. They told us that various factors can change our position, adding to the confusion. This inconsistency in information from different staff members has left me feeling quite hopeless. Waiting on its own isn't so bad, but waiting without any sense of when it will finally come to an end is truly discouraging."
