"closed 30 minutes EARLY posted this a year ago and nothing has changed. went at 4:30, maps says closed at 6!! Change your goddam times, very unprofessional as a business to deny service when you’re not “closing” for another 1 and a half hours. The response from the worker is they close at 5, and we actually close at 4:30 to clean up."

"Set the correct opening hours there have been numerous times early morning I’ve come to get a coffee and it’s not even open. Called the number and owner said oh yeah sorry we are closed we haven’t changed our times. Very unreliable"

"Coffee tastes like water, mocha mudslide compared to Campbelltown mall is bland flavour less and just plain old awful. All I wanted was either the barista or ourselves to be able to add extra chocolate because he made it so disgusting, and he was very defensive that he followed the exact guidelines and wouldn't let us add a little more chocolate. Don't bother when the pompous guy is on, he made the horrible latte and tried to palm it off as a mocha mudslide which is dark brown in colour, not off browny yellow orange. I think I bloody well know what my coffee is supposed to look and taste like, I've been buying it once a day for 3 months now. I'll take a picture from the better store tomorrow if you don't believe and you can compare them. Nasty dish water coffee. And before a snarky owner comes along and says anything, my partner did not speak to the worker any way but calm and nicely. He'll if he hadn't have been so rude I would have offered to pay for more chocolate. But no, little defensive jerk went off on a whinge about how robotic he is at making coffee and then gaslighting my partner as if we've never had the coffee before. And it's only the one dude, every other time we've had a mudslide mocha from there it was just fine."

"Worst coffee ever. Every time I’ve gone because the better coffee place in Minto is closing they always burn it without fail. Then to make it better they will give you extra flavouring to cover up the burn taste. I would recommend going here if you enjoy the taste of burnt coffee."

"Disappointing and coffee taste like ammonia. It taste so bad we only had one sip. My husband and I tried their coffee when we had a grocery run at Friday morning on 22nd May at Minto Mall. We had capuccino & flat white plus ham & cheese with tomato relish. Bread was average but both coffee was very disappointing, didn't get to finish it as it taste like ammonia & doesn't even smell or taste like coffee beans. Coffee was bitter and taste like ammonia. The owner might want to check the freshness of the beans or review their process when preparing coffee using the machine. We've wasted almost $11 for nothing and will never come back in this coffee shop."
