"I recently changed the battery in my watch. The price was higher than anywhere else. When I got the watch back, the time was set. When I needed to change the time on April 2, I couldn't do it. I took the watch to another watchmaker and it turned out that the crown was broken. I had to replace it. As a result, replacing the battery cost me half the cost of my modern watch. I didn't go to this service to fix what they broke because I can't trust this inept watchmaker! Better avoid him!"
"Don't go here. Sells broken products and refuses to provide refunds. My mother in law went to purchase a watch band today. They asked for payment upfront. She paid. They went and gave her a new watch band. She walked out and realised the band was BROKEN. She immediately came back in and asked for a refund. They refused to give her a refund."
