"I am hopeful the other reviews end better than mine. My partner had seeked out this location due to custom work available. Initially everything went perfect, Christine was excellent. Ring design perfect. Then it begun, different versions of you have to come in store, on arrival that was proven to be wrong. Near 20 hours of travel and stuffing around lost, because after 4 months a ring arrived with quite visible scratching. It had been kept in am envelope not a box or even bag. This was attempted to be hidden by the deceitful sales rep on the day of collection. A further 3 hours that day wasted waiting around to speak to a manager, who decided to be on a conference call on a Saturday instead of dealing with the issue at hand. Item was sent away, to return within the week in possibly a worse state. Near 5 months and near enough to 24 hours of life lost, to be left with nothing but disappointment. Negative 1 wasn't available sadly."
