"Went in this morning very keen to buy a Minelab Equinox 900 Metal Detector. Right from the beginning I realised that the salesman was not going to let me speak. He also made it very clear that I should not expect any help or advice once I had purchased the Detector. He told me straight up that I would need to go onto YouTube. Why would I buy from a shop with this sort of attitude? May as well just buy for the same price Online!"

"These guys have forgotten what customer service is about. I broke a plastic part in my detector. Have done it before and bought this single part from MD Mitcham before. No fuss easy. This time the young fella in there claims I have to buy the entire kit. All the while their very own website has the single part online. They wouldn't order it in for me either. Said I had to play to have it shipped to my home address. The solution here is very simple yet the 'service' guy wasn't interested. I have been loyal to Miners Den for many years. I like to support the little guys when I can. I think now it's time I go to Anaconda instead. Very disappointing."
