"Always have a good experience here in the many years of getting coffee and food. They're happy to adjust menu items to make them gluten free. Love that the matcha latte is not the sweet powder but actual matcha. The tumeric latte is also yum! Great range of gluten free cakes and healthy meal options."

"Came here on a lunch break looking forward to try their food. At the point of sale I tapped my card and it processed the sale. The owner rudely proceeded to say that I hadn’t paid for the order multiple times in anger. I showed the owner my deducted amount from my phone to prove that the sale went through. He kept telling me that I didn’t pay for it and he got flustered. (What kind of boss gets flustered over a little manner). He then told me to step aside so he could serve other customers in a very rude and disregarded way. The sale approved on the eftpos after a while. When I took a seat to wait for my food he had the audacity to come and show me that the transaction was cancelled and he “didn’t take my money” but did not explain the transaction after it that I clearly saw was approved. He didn’t apologise for any misunderstanding so he didn’t deserve a thank you when he gave my food. So rude, never coming back. Update: the owner approached my table after posting the one star review. Just when I thought he came to solve the situation he made it worse… he questioned our one star review and told us that it wasn’t fair to other customers during lunch hour that he will need to spend 3 hours to resolve our situation. Word of advice: you don’t need three hours, you need manners. He was more concerned that a customer was accusing him for double charging (which wasn’t the case). I had three other people with me who witnessed the most unprofessional behaviour when dealing with a situation. I had to ask the owner what he wanted from me because he wasn’t allowing anyone to speak and disregarded anything we had to say as customers with “no no, listen!”. I get that you need to make sales as a business owner but it doesn’t mean you have to see every customer as a dollar sign and not take in any feedback. He essentially wanted the review to be removed but that won’t happen as I am basing my review on customer experience."

"Ordered two GF cakes (orange almond + chocolate soufflé) and both of them are heavenly! The staff was worried that the lid of the takeaway box might sit on the cream and make the cakes look ugly so she did a little adjustment with the lid and both cakes looked as pretty as they were at the order when I got home. Really love the extra step the kind and considerate staff took to make my day."

"The most decent cafe in the centre. A few improvements and it could become the best cafe in Norwest. I like the concept of the farm cafe. From farm to table. I had Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad, and it would’ve better if the chef didn’t put so much sauce! My fresh chicken and vegetables got buried by the sauce, and I think the chef got a little excited. The interior is nice, clean and vibe is calming. For these reasons I give this place 3 bears"

"A wonderful local cafe. Came here on a Saturday at lunch time wasn't too busy which was great, found a table straight away. They have a large selection of meals to choose from and prices are very reasonable for their serving portions. Friendly customer service. There was a lengthy wait for our meals but it was worth the wait! The salad was fresh, crisp and the chicken was warm and full of flavor. The Salmon was also delicious and fresh. Oh! And the coffee!!! AMAZING!!!"
