"Never going back here again. Ordered 2 Wagyu burgers with chips and a twisted avo. Avo came out first then waited 10 minutes until the burgers arrived minus the chips, which turned up after we had finished our meals. Waiter brought over 2 bowls of chips and only gave us 1, when we said we had 2 burgers he walked away to make sure with the manager although you could see the plates there. Wagyu beef pattie was questionable, came broken in two, dry and honestly had better burger patties from Coles. It was like the cook could only cook 1 meal at a time. I don't know if ths cafe has changed hands recently but it certainly looked like no-one knew what they were doing, except for the young lady taking the orders, after that total chaos. 45 minutes and & $70.00 odd dollars I'm never getting back. Just don't do it to yourself, plenty of other placed to go, if I could give zero stars I would."

"I was at this establishment with my Mother on the 10th March 2023, She ordered the Barramundi and after she had taken one bite, she immediately realised the fish was off, and it smelt like dirty socks, I also smelt the fish and could confirm the smell. We told one of the waiters about the issue and we were told to wait as the manager was on his smoke break, we ended up waiting 10 minutes for this manager to have a smoke. Once he came he said "We can cook you another Barramundi", My Mother was turned off the fish from this establishment and she felt like she was going to be sick, so she asked for a refund instead which took 10 further minutes to be processed. Would not eat here again and encourage others to not eat here as well."

"0/5 would not recommend. Firstly, the lady that served us at the front counter was wonderful. The rest of the "cafe" is the problem. Our ticket was lost somewhere between the front counter and the kitchen and we ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes to not be served a thing. The cook seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tickets coming in and had no help with getting dishes done or other prep work. There was a member of the staff pretty much not doing a thing except eating food and doing the occasional round of the tables and "cleaning" them. When our drinks were delivered, this particular member of staff asked if we were waiting on food. We said we were, but there was no follow up between themselves and the kitchen. How this particular person has a job is beyond belief. They did not value add anything to the cafe in the near 90 minutes we had waiting for our breakfast that wasn't to be. Even when asked where our meals were, we were given a nonchalant answer, then some checking and then finally, an attempt to explain how the process went wrong and our meals ended up going unprepared. We decided to leave due to other commitments and, once again, the lady at the front counter was able to handle our refund was genuinely apologetic, unlike some of the other staff. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the second franchise of The Shed we have had substandard service from substandard staff I would not recommend them to anyone."

"The food was horrible - I have eaten here twice, the first time was good but this time, I don’t know where I went wrong. I ordered the corn fritters for breakfast and they were very dry, cold and stale. I also ordered a Nutella latte which just tasted like burnt caramel milk. I wish I didn’t eat here, I was nauseous for the rest of the day… not ideal."

"The Shed Café The Shed Cafe is based in Liverpool Westfields! It is a super convenient small brunch spot to chill with friends and family. They offer amazing sized portions meals which were super filling. However, the service was a bit disappointing where we had to seat ourselves despite it being empty."
