Welcome to Vinnies, located at 31 Hesse Street, Queenscliff, Australia. As an establishment, point of interest, and store, we are dedicated to providing practical support to those in need. With over 200 services, the St Vincent de Paul Society helps families who struggle to cover the basics, offering them an alternative when facing poverty.

With more than 45,000 members and volunteers, the St Vincent de Paul Society in Australia works tirelessly to assist those in need and combat social injustice across the country. Internationally, our Society operates in 153 countries and boasts over 800,000 members.

Our institution upholds a strong commitment to our mission, vision, and values. We serve all individuals with understanding and without judgment, regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions. Building relationships based on respect, trust, friendship, and perception is at the core of what we do. We strive to transform the causes of poverty and challenge human injustices, encouraging spiritual growth and offering hope for the future.

We are proud to be a nominating organization for the Australian Government's School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI), enabling us to further assist the community. We are always seeking motivated individuals to join our programs, events, and services nationwide.

The St Vincent de Paul Society is dedicated to speaking out against the causes of poverty and inequality on behalf of the people we serve. Through our support, individuals like Samantha have been able to turn their lives around, providing a brighter future for themselves and their children. We have also assisted individuals like J, who faced an injury at work, and D, who found herself unemployed for the first time at the age of 64.

As a lay Catholic organization, we strive to create a more just and compassionate society. We acknowledge that we are on Aboriginal land and pay our respects to all traditional custodians.
