"Extremely rude staff. No idea how to serve customers. They lacked basic atticates to talk. I walked out of the store because of their rude behaviour. I will never buy from there."

"Not happy at all with the service my girlfriend and I received on Christmas eve. We didn't catch the lady's name but she was short and rude with us, we asked if we could resize a ring we purchased and they didn't have one we liked so we were told when we bought it that we could resize or return it if it doesn't fit right, on the return they made us very aware that they don't do returns on Christmas eve. multiple comments about when the ring was purchased and rude comments saying they are doing us the favour and we were in the wrong Service very very poor we left feeling spit on Merry Christmas to you to prouds"
