"Nasty experience and lousy customer service. There are so many jewelry shops in this city, I just don’t need to buy absolutely nothing else there never in my life. A lady working there: hairdresser lighter hair, Asian features, in her middle/later 50’s, first, she took a long while to ask what I was looking for, she wasn’t with other customer. She addressed to me in a disrespectful sarcastic tone, impolite and a nasty smirk in her face. She spoke to me as if I was stupid or less intelligent than her just because I have a notorious accent. She also offered sarcastically to write down what she just said to me probably she thought that I wasn’t even capable to remember it. My young niece whose Australian and was there with me, once we walked out of that shop, she asked me what’s wrong with that lady, why she was talking like that?. I don’t need to go through this again. The last time I bought something in this shop was on February this year and I had a bad moment with that same lady. Months after, I come back, and again the same lousy treatment. I deserve better."

"I went there to buy a ring today around 5pm, the women was so busy reading one paper, I asked her to try one ring because I was not sure which size I am and she said “ in Australia the size is for alphabet, you can find it in google” and she left me alone !!!!!! I felt so humiliated, I will never go there again ! The woman is so rude"

"I wanted to buy a sterling silver watch today it’s been really hard to find a high-quality watch but I went into Hoskings today and was served by the most beautiful girl I’ve ever met. She had dark hair and some of the highest customer service skills I’ve ever come across in my 50 years on this earth. I think her name was Taylah and she walked me through all the different watch bands that were available, I ended up buying and Armani exchange watch honestly just because of how welcoming and warm she was. Highly recommend visiting this jewellery store."

"If I could rate zero stars I would. I have never came across such disrespect in my life and I am a gold member I went in to get a ring sized at first was great ring sent away couldn’t resize to my size so I asked it to be smaller which was great what came next was the worst experience of my life My husband and I went to pick up for Valentine’s Day was told it hadn’t arrive should be back on 17th so went back on 17th still no ring another lovely girl served me and couldn’t find it she was baffled other staff had no idea where it was then it was found in a safe so once found the other staff was helpful and got my ring sent away got phone call it was finally back on the 7th March then we went through the rudeness again with staff member Kim I will never step foot back in that store I’ll be going elsewhere UNHAPPY CUSTOMER"

"i am done with this shop, almost all my presents i get form here coz its nice n easy, close to my house do shopping get staff but few times now a get bad customer service Not sure whats her name but i know its start with M, is very RUDE, i never spoked to someone like her, she rolled her eyes like 10 time, not sure why, but when i said i have a gold card OMG i though her eyes would go 360 in her head, just horrible customers service!! done with this shop! plus i got a watch from there $1300 went to watergarden same watch $788!!!!! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE till this ppl learn how to deal with customers !!!!!!! O STAR!!!"
